Hi there,

I’m Tim. You’re probably here because of my work or yours. So far you’ll mostly find AI stuff here, especially agents in various use cases.

Concretely, I’ve been following many projects surrounding agents for science (an AI Agent in the field of computational neuroscience), multi agent infrastructure (AgentRouter, +10.000 Users), agents for different companies (like the GFZ and the FNR) and most recently (again) how to enable agents to do meaningful science.

What ties my interests together is the future. Two questions currently occupy me: how do we close the feedback loop between models and the real world, and what do we point them at once we’ve closed it?

The philosophical side interests me just as much. What happens as we drift further from our own nature? And how do we give ethical arguments more weight than they currently carry?

My own idea of a good life is a lot more old-fashioned: a house with a sea view, a beach to surf, trees around it, a small village with neighbours who are friends. Beds of fruit and vegetables in the garden, and chickens whose eggs, together with our own tomatoes and onions, make an outrageously good omelette. My family lives in the house. When dusk falls, we cook and eat together. When it gets dark, that warm feeling of home sets in, and when I go to bed, I’m full of happiness.

Now that’s a brave old world.
